IT Business Analyst / Project Manager – Banking & Data Projects

We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst / Project Manager with proven experience in banking projects to lead end-to-end solution delivery. The ideal candidate will analyze requirements, coordinate with both onshore and offshore technical teams, and ensure seamless delivery of new solutions. Experience with AI or data-centric projects is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to implementation
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and analyze needs
• Work closely with technical teams across onshore and offshore locations
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions
• Handle change management and risk mitigation
• Support AI/data projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Degree holder in information technology / computer science / business management / data or related dicipline
• Proven experience in banking or financial services projects
• Strong understanding of solution delivery and project management methodologies
• 3+ years of experience for BA, 5+ years of experience as junior PM
• Familiar with Agile / Scrum
• Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and technical teams
• Short notice availability is highly preferred
