Project Manager (SAP- SD/MM/PP/FI/CO 18 month contract)

We are looking for a Project Manager for a Regional SAP implementation project for SD/MM/PP/FI/CO modules!

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop, implement, and oversee project plans from RFP to go-live
• Manage the entire project lifecycle through Hypercare post-go-live, ensuring all pre- and post-go-live issues are effectively addressed and resolved.
• Ensure the migration project is delivered successfully within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders across regional locations, including in-house SAP technical teams and end-users, to understand project and business requirements.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies early in the project lifecycle, developing proactive mitigation strategies.
• Oversee data migration activities and align user role definitions in collaboration with the IT project manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business, Finance, Engineering. or related disciplines
• PMP certified is preferred
• Extensive in-house experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementation or migration for large-scale companies, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
• Candidate with SAP is essential; Specific expert level in SD/MM/PP/FI/CO/Others module is highly preferred; Power BI or others knowledge such as RPA will be a plus
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Able to work in agile environment, attend meeting with headquarters and willing to travel frequently to China and APAC Countries.
