Director - MarTech Solution (Adobe, Customer Data)

My client is seeking an experienced leader to manage cross-functional teams to implement and optimize MarTech platforms, including Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), with a focus on Adobe and Salesforce stacks. This position supports global, regional, and local digital efforts to enhance customer engagement and personalization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the MarTech roadmap, including Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and CDP implementation.
  • Lead end-to-end real-time CDP implementations across multiple markets.
  • Oversee audience segmentation, journey setup, and activation across marketing channels.
  • Enable sales and marketing capabilities through data-driven insights and personalization.
  • Advocate for MarTech adoption by training stakeholders and fostering innovation.
  • Collaborate with data architects, technology teams, and vendors to build integrations and proof-of-concepts.
  • Partner with campaign execution teams to enhance measurement and reporting capabilities.
  • Align MarTech platform implementation with business objectives and data strategies.

Requirements

  • Expertise in cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and CDPs (Adobe Experience Platform or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe tools (Target, Audience Manager, Analytics, Journey Optimizer).
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Leadership experience in building CoE teams and working in matrixed organizations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and passion for data-driven marketing.
  • 8+ years of experience in technical data management or MarTech solutions.
  • Proven track record in leading enterprise application implementations.
  • Experience working with Asia markets in finance, banking, or insurance sectors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related fields.
