ERP Manager (SAP Supply Chain/Finance) - 65k

My client is looking for a BA Manager for their ERP SAP implementation project.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management activities, including project planning, implementation, control, and delivery while ensuring quality, adherence to timelines, and financial commitments.
• Define and allocate project resources effectively to meet established milestones.
• Oversee user requirement gathering and system design/analysis with a team of business analysts and system analysts, ensuring system architecture aligns with user needs.
• Collaborate with business users to understand processes and system requirements; manage client expectations and acceptance of solutions as per agreed deliverables.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, resolve issues promptly, and provide regular updates through reports and status meetings. Produce high-quality project documentation.
• Coordinate with external technology partners throughout the project lifecycle, including contract and logistics management.
• Motivate project team members throughout the lifecycle and foster knowledge sharing of best practices in project management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, including at least 5 years managing complex technology solutions within cross-functional environments and large organizations.
• Proven expertise in ERP project management; candidates with SAP Supply Chain or Finance backgrounds are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and experience managing large-scale system integration/application development projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage offshore shared service teams and external technology partners for successful project delivery.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to adapt quickly to ambiguity, changing priorities, and high-pressure situations while maintaining focus on critical issues.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to engage professionally across diverse stakeholder groups. Clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences (written and verbal). Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
• PMP certification or SAP certification is preferred
