Oracle Fusion Cloud Operations Manager

Our client, a leading enterprise retail company, is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Operations Manager to oversee and optimize their Fusion Cloud environment. The ideal candidate must have hands-on BAU operations experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (HCM, Procurement, ERP), strong English communication skills, and proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a plus. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Oracle Fusion Cloud environment planning, maintenance, and refresh activities.
• Oversee release schedules and execution for production/non-production environments.
• Streamline change/configuration deployment processes using tools.
• Lead quarterly release activities including testing, health checks, and communication.
• Develop and implement incident management processes and SOPs.
• Resolve operational issues and disruptions with stakeholders effectively.
• Communicate IT changes/incidents to users and stakeholders clearly.
• Monitor ticket progress, assign tasks, escalate issues, and prepare service metrics reports (KPIs/SLA).
• Coordinate outsourced support vendors and allocate resources for BAU tasks.
• Handle complex or critical IT incidents directly.

Requirements:

• Hands-on BAU operations experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (HCM, Procurement, ERP).
• Strong English communication skills; Cantonese/Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage releases, streamline processes, and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Experience in service management and vendor coordination preferred.
