Business analyst - Retail / Supply Chain/ PLM

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with a strong background in customer centric industry. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing complex Retail / Supply chain/PLM / Sourcing projects, working with cross-regional teams, and delivering successful implementations that support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage regularly with regional business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities related to retail and supply chain systems.
• Gather, analyze, and document detailed functional and non-functional business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Develop and maintain process flows, use cases, screen mockups, and other artifacts to effectively communicate business needs and system processes.
• Collaborate with external vendors and offshore technical teams to conduct gap analysis, identify solutions, and ensure system requirements meet retail business needs.
• Coordinate with regional teams and technical counterparts to resolve technical issues, clarify specifications, and support system integration.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication to ensure successful implementation within scope and budget.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or Project Analyst, with a strong focus on Retail / Supply chain /PLM/ Sourcing systems.
• Solid understanding of supply chain software / retail / e-commerce operations
• Experience managing regional retail projects is highly desirable.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
