Regional IT Project Manager - APAC Retail

Key Duties:
• Spearhead large-scale IT modernisation initiatives throughout the APAC region
• Create and oversee detailed project schedules, milestones, and outcomes
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including corporate HQ in the US, Hong Kong-based staff, and external IT service providers
• Guarantee project delivery aligns with quality benchmarks, timelines, and financial plans
• Effectively operate within a matrix organizational structure to ensure project momentum
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders across various time zones and cultural contexts

Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• At least 8 years’ experience managing IT projects
• Demonstrated expertise with Agile project management practices
• Strong communication, leadership capabilities, and analytical problem-solving skills
• Experience managing regional or APAC-specific projects is highly desirable
• Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
