IT Business Analyst - Banking - cloud/ security/data

Our client is now looking for IT Business Analyst to join their trasformation team to support their project

Responsibilities:

• Participate and support transformation projects and system enhancements delivery
• Deliver IT solutions effectively meet business needs and are in alignment with Business and IT strategies
• Act as a business analyst to support pre and post implementation tasks including user training to touch-points, user stories preparation, testing, production launch, timely and smooth production problem investigation, post implementation review and escalation.
• Conduct interviews or workshops for user requirements, user story, and backlog development. Lead the project team in prioritizing, validating, and documenting project requirements.
• Work closely & collaboratively with business, operation, Technology units and system vendors to ensure projects are rolled out smoothly, ensuring the end-to-end process flow with full operations support.
• Work closely with users, developers and vendors to deliver solutions
• Responsible for documentation, regulatory and workflow analysis, etc.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables
• Conduct business analysis, prepare test plans, test cases, UAT, etc.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems, or IT related discipline
• At least 3 year's work experience as a business analyst, especially in banking environment
• Experience in technology project e..g cyber security/ cloud/ data/ AI
• solid experience in working with technology team / vendor
• Proficient communication skills in both Chinese and English (including Mandarin)
• Short notice is a plus
