Senior BA/Product Owner (sales platform, insurance) - 65k
My client is looking for an experienced and dynamic senior BA/product owner to manage the client centric digital product development.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and identify areas for improvement in sales, onboarding, and service processes across various channels, focusing on enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate discussions to clarify business and functional requirements, ensuring they align with organizational goals without disclosing client identities.
- Develop comprehensive functional specifications, user stories, and use cases for system implementation and operational processes while concealing sensitive client details.
- Establish and refine best practices in business analysis methodologies, ensuring they are robust and adaptable.
- Oversee and approve change requests, adhering to project governance standards to ensure high-quality deliverables without revealing client-specific information.
- Support multiple distribution channels for digital platforms and assets, ensuring smooth operation and integration without compromising client confidentiality.
- Provide recommendations to business and product owners aimed at driving continuous improvement, while protecting client identities.
- Work with internal teams, IT, and external partners to implement system enhancements that meet business needs, ensuring sensitive information remains confidential.
- Conduct training sessions and offer ongoing support for end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes while maintaining confidentiality.
- Proven ability to analyze and optimize end-to-end sales, onboarding, and service processes.
- Experience in leading discussions to articulate business and functional requirements.
- Proficiency in creating functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
- Understanding of software development methodologies such as Scrum and Agile.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years in the life insurance industry, focusing on business analysis or related roles.
- Proven ability to analyze and optimize end-to-end sales, onboarding, and service processes.
- Experience in leading discussions to articulate business and functional requirements.
- Proficiency in creating functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
- Understanding of software development methodologies such as Scrum and Agile.
