Digital Business Analyst - insurance ~30K

A market leading financial service client is looking for 1+ years Business Analyst to join their digital transformation team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different business units to gather requirements and understand business needs
• Analyze existing customer journeys and experiences, identifying areas for improvement
• Propose and develop digital solutions to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and identify opportunities for digital transformation
• Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Work closely with IT teams to translate business requirements into actionable technology projects
• Develop and maintain stakeholder management plans to ensure effective communication throughout the transformation process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital project roles, preferably in the insurance industry
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data
• Experience with digital channel/ plate form / customer journey mapping and transformation will be a plus
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese (written and spoken)
• Experience with agile methodologies and digital transformation frameworks
