Senior Technical Manager- SAP HR System/SuccessFactors

You will lead key HRIS projects, working closely with various teams to identify system requirements. Your expertise will be crucial in driving HR transformation projects, ensuring the smooth development, implementation, and maintenance of all HR systems. You'll also facilitate system integrations, support UAT, and collaborate with senior management to translate business needs into actionable project plans.

  • Lead HRIS projects in collaboration with HR Centres of Excellence to identify system requirements
  • Drive and oversee the implementation of HR transformation projects
  • Ensure seamless development, implementation, and maintenance of all HR systems
  • Facilitate HRIS integrations and data flow across systems, supporting UAT
  • Collaborate with senior management to translate business needs into project plans
  • Conduct system testing, upgrades, and the implementation of new modules or features
  • Proactively identify and address issues to enhance user experience and optimize HRIS integrations
  • Identify communication and training needs and develop relevant materials for stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related fields
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HRIS implementation
  • Experience in SAP HR modules; familiarity with SuccessFactors is a significant advantage
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese languages
