IT Project Manager - CRM data migration project

Our local client is seeking an experienced CRM Transformation Project Manager to lead their organization-wide CRM transformation initiatives. As a key member of our IT leadership team, you will oversee complex CRM implementation projects, drive digital transformation strategies, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise-level CRM data migration projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and meeting business objectives
• Manage cross-functional teams of 8 members, including technical leads, developers, and business analysts
• Drive data migration strategies and execute complex data transfers between legacy and new CRM systems
• Implement and maintain project governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with organizational standards
• Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and validate solutions
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation approaches
• Ensure high-quality deliverables through robust QA/QC processes and thorough testing protocols
• Provide regular progress reports and status updates to executive stakeholders
• Maintain detailed project documentation and lessons learned repositories

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, with focus on CRM implementations
• Professional certification is a plus: PMP or Scrum Master certification
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale CRM transformation projects
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture and implementation methodologies
• Experience with data migration projects and data integrity assurance
