UX Writer (CX Journey, banking/insurance)

My client is seeking a UX writer to analyze and create customer experiences across channels, customer journeys, and touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Write clear and intuitive content across customer touchpoints to minimize user friction in digital products.
  • Analyze customer experiences across channels and journeys to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with business owners, UX designers, and stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Operations, Marketing) to ensure messaging is engaging and precise.
  • Collaborate with UX and UI designers to enhance digital product user flows.
  • Develop and maintain writing principles and guidelines, advocating for adherence among stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistency of the brand's tone across all channels and customer journeys.
  • Assist in user interviews and analysis, including survey design and scripting.

Requirements

  • Degree in Journalism, Communications, Media, Creative, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years in UX writing and creating digital experiences.
  • Familiarity with online customer engagement platforms and interactive design/usability principles.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design and related disciplines, including customer experience strategy and interaction design.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed, data-driven content decisions.
  • Experience collaborating with various teams (Marketing, UX, IT Development).
  • Curious, open-minded, self-motivated, and analytical.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
