Product Owner - AM (Hardware Technology, Aviation) - 50k

Client is looking for a PO/PM to oversee and guide technology projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain project roadmaps, defining milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Manage project scope, resources, budgets, and risks for timely delivery.
• Collaborate with leadership to define project objectives, priorities, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with the Technology Delivery Team to track progress and consolidate reporting.
• Monitor project risks and issues, escalating critical concerns as needed.
• Engage with functional teams to ensure resource availability and alignment with governance standards.
• Foster a collaborative culture within the Technology Delivery Team aligned with Agile principles.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading and implementing technology projects.
• Strong project management skills with a customer-focused approach to delivering exceptional products.
• Data-driven decision-making skills for both day-to-day management and strategic trade-offs.
• Knowledge of Design Thinking and the ability to analyze user journeys.
• Experience in launching global products that comply with regulatory requirements.
• Strong technology literacy with a bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5+ years of project management experience in technology-focused roles.
• Broad knowledge of automation, robotics, and AI applications.
• Strong coordination experience with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to align with the organization’s technology roadmap to enhance initiatives and governance.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
