Business Analyst/Assistant Manager (Facility System - 50k)

My client is looking for a senior BA/AM to handle property facilities system project.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key liaison between departments and the IT team to ensure seamless communication and job execution.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
• Assist in planning, executing, and managing IT projects aimed at enhancing service delivery within Property Services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors to address support requirements and resolve service-related issues effectively.
• Evaluate technology solutions and providers to ensure alignment with departmental project goals.
• Partner with department heads to understand their IT requirements and drive service improvements through innovative technology solutions
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in IT support and project management, with a preference for expertise in property facilities systems.
• Proficiency in software solutions designed for property management applications.
• Experience with cloud-based systems is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff across various departments.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams and thriving in fast-paced environments.
