Associate Director - Enterprise Corporate Solutions

This role will spearhead corporate solution transformation projects, focusing on implementing enterprise-wide solutions across different business domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide corporate solution transformation projects across multiple business domains
• Oversee implementation of SAP HANA ERP solutions including HCM, Payroll, Procurement systems & intergation with other system
• Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure effective CRM engagement strategies
• Direct cross-functional project teams to achieve transformation goals
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope requirements
• Provide strategic guidance on enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 15 years experience in Project Management leadership roles
• Proven track record in managing large-scale enterprise transformation projects
• Deep expertise in SAP HANA ERP ecosystem, particularly:
• HCM (Human Capital Management)
• Payroll Systems
• Procurement Solutions
• CRM implementations
• Strong proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
• Experience in managing multi-million dollar IT budgets
• Professional certifications in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Ability to travel occasionally for project requirements
