Project Manager - SAP / HRIS/ Mobile application

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our client project management team. The successful candidate will oversee project management at the release on scrum team level, able to deliver project on-time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively drive project delivery while balancing scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
• Managing onshore and offshore resource for delivery
• Assist in creating regular status reports and tracking project milestones
• Analyze project requirements and develop cost estimates, timelines, and resource allocation plans
• Coordinate and monitor multiple project phases simultaneously (e.g., testing, deployment, user acceptance)
• Manage financial aspects of projects, including budget tracking and reporting
• Identify potential risks and issues affecting costs, developing mitigation and remediation strategies
• Prepare and present stakeholder reports and escalate critical matters

Ideal Candidate Profile

We're looking for a motivated individual with:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience, experience in ERP transformation/ HRIS project (payroll , rostering module) / Mobile application roll out
• Solid experience in end to end project delivery & enterprise level project
• Able to work with business user for project planning and driving changes
• Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese
• Strong interpersonal skills for presenting to stakeholders
• Occasional travel is required
