Business Analyst - Insurance Product/ Operation

A market leading financial service client is looking for 4+ Business Analyst to join their strategic transformation team to review and enhance digital product & plate-form.

Responsibilities

• Work with business on gathering and re-finding requirements, review and analyst their needs and priorities, turn it in to user stories
• Support the development, implementation and maintenance for digital product /operation / platform projects
• Identify the rooms of improvement on existing process/system and propose the enhancement required to uplift the buy journey experience and efficiency
• Collaborate with end users to ensure developed systems can fulfil user requirements.
• Coordinate and support the testing including prepare test plan, test case and conduct the testing.
• Prepare the training material and conduct user training for system implementation.

Requirements

• Degree holder in related discipline
• 4-8 years years Business Analyst experience in insurance / financial service
• Familiar with Life&health insurance business such as - claims/agency/channel/new business/distribution
• Familiar with Agile & waterfall environment
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Short notice is highly preferred
