Senior Business Analyst/AM (Logistics/Supply Chain, 50k)

Client is looking for a dynamic Business Analyst needed to drive system enhancements and support decision-making in logistics and shipping.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead system enhancement projects by conducting user requirement studies, designing business workflows, and coordinating user trial runs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop new system functions that align with business goals and address customer needs.
- Create and automate visualized reports to highlight business trends, aiding decision-making for relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct training sessions on business processes and system usage for internal users. Provide ongoing technical support and solutions for routine issues.
- Oversee the yearly review of user permissions within the system, ensuring security and compliance.
- Prepare IT administration reports and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or data analysis.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in system analysis methods and tools, with a strong understanding of user needs.
- Skilled in SQL and MS Project; familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Mastergo, Axure, Ant Design, or Element Design is a plus.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Putonghua; experience in Chinese enterprises is advantageous.
