Business Analyst / Project Analyst - Banking / Securities ~70K

Seeking an Project Analyst/Business Analyst for a leading financial institution. Assist in project delivery, coordinate on meetings,manage vendor, and ensure timely delivery for wealth management project. Ideal candidate has strong project skills and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the system transformation project from initiation through delivery
• Collaborate closely with various business units, including front-to-back office teams
• Gather and review requirements from stakeholders across the organization
• Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure successful execution
• Coordinate with technology teams to implement new systems
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively, assist in coordinating project and meeting
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate effective communication between business users and technical teams
• Ensure alignment with regulatory compliance and industry standards

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in banking project analyst / business analyst roles
• Solid experince in handle banking IT projects in core bank / securities trading / settlement / post-trade / wealth management
• Experience working with technology teams and implementing new systems
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), PMP certification or similar project management qualifications will be a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Understanding of banking operations and financial products across asset classes
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
