Business Analyst (Data) - Insurance

Our client is a reputable insurance company and they are seeking a Junior data project manager/ business analyst to join their team.

Job duties:

• Oversee the revamp of IT systems, emphasizing business analysis and project management.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and track tasks and schedules effectively.
• Apply Agile methodology and leverage project management tools.
• Partner with IT teams to facilitate the integration of new systems into cloud platforms.
• Support proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives and assist with system deployment through evaluation and testing.
• Design and implement change management strategies to support the IT system revamp.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate impacts and ensure seamless transitions.
• Deliver training and communication programs to foster understanding and adoption of changes.
• Optimize processes to improve system efficiency.
• Perform process mapping to identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Work with teams to redesign workflows and establish performance metrics.

Requirement:

• A bachelor's degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in project management or change management.
• Experience in the insurance industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in project management tools and cloud platform integration is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and Cantonese
