Technical PM (D365 Finance, Procurement is preferred) -70k
The role is responsible for the ERP system implementation including the Finance, HR, CRM, and Enterprise Data Warehouse systems.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for project deliverables within agreed timelines, quality, and budget.
- Create and manage project budgets and plans, ensuring alignment with sponsors.
- Monitor project progress, report to stakeholders, and ensure all commitments are met.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure quality standards, effective controls, and change management processes are in place.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including third-party vendors, and act as the main point of contact.
- Build and deploy project teams, managing onshore/offshore resources and third-party vendors.
- Foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and respect across teams and departments.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- 8–10 years of experience in software development, system design, integration, or cloud architecture.
- Extensive experience in IT project planning and implementation.
- Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP or Prince2) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in mid-to-large-scale solution implementation (package-based, bespoke, or cloud).
- Strong stakeholder management experience with vendors and teams (onshore/offshore).
- Knowledge of IT audits, cloud computing, and security frameworks (e.g., ISO27001).
- Experience handling security incidents, vulnerabilities, SIEM, and incident response tools.
- Skills in data analytics and programming (e.g., R, Python) are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese (spoken and written).
- Technical expertise in Microsoft .NET, C#, SQL, Oracle DB, Java, and open-source technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud-based architecture.
