Senior Manager, Finance Data & System Analyst - 80k

Our client is a leading insurance group, and they are seeking a Senior manager to support their finance system enhancement and business analytics.

Job Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements, identify gaps, and support the implementation of solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Assist in project planning and estimation, including defining scope, resource allocation, and timelines.
• Analyze data from multiple sources and develop models to support data-driven decision-making.
• Create reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance metrics and business trends.
• Monitor the effectiveness of business solutions and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Manage and oversee system rollouts, including prioritization, validation of inputs, testing, and deployment.

Ideal candidates will be like:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related role, prefer 3 years of experience in a finance services industries/teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Effective communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly to various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools; familiarity with VBA, SQL, Tableau, and Python is a plus.
• Understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile frameworks.
• Experience in business process modeling and documentation, including workflows, use cases, and functional requirements.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
