Project Manager - Banking process transform/ re-enginnering

Results-driven Project Manager sought to lead digital transformation initiatives across retail and corporate banking operations, implementing process improvements and system integration that drive operational excellence and technological advancement in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Work with Business & operation side to go through design thinking process and generate ideas for business process mapping & revamp and re-engineering
• Conduct review and identify opportunities for cost efficiency, streamline internal system for better productivity and service quality , and formulate related project management plans
• Synthesize process improvement initiatives at different stages into executive summaries / briefs / reports
• Drive measurable improvements by deploying Process Improvement / Lean principles to assigned problems
• Establish and use quality metrics to drive change and deliver measured improvements

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science , Business Administration or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years Project Management experience in Banking industry
• Solid understanding of banking domain (retail banking / digital bank/ corporate bank/ wealth management)
• Experience in process re-engineering ; bank-wise organisation transformation/ process and system streamline will be a plus
• Strong business acumen, able to drive changes and good sense with numbers
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical and project management skills
• Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure, meet deadlines, and to prioritise tasks effectively
