Associate Director (Insurance, POS System) - 95k

My client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Lead to oversee the Solution Delivery team to manage the operation, growth, and transformation of distribution solutions across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team in maintaining and enhancing digital distribution solutions.

• Ensure platform stability and performance across channels.

• Oversee new product delivery to support business growth.

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, including offshore teams and vendors.

• Align priorities with business goals and manage stakeholder expectations.

• Develop strategies to improve system efficiency and user experience.

• Monitor industry trends to drive innovation.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.

• Identify and mitigate risks in solution delivery.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s preferred.

• 10+ years in digital solution delivery, with 3+ years in a leadership role.

• Strong understanding of digital distribution in financial services or insurance.

• Proven track record in managing complex IT projects.

• Excellent knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Strong technical background in web technologies and cloud platforms.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in vendor management and offshore collaboration.

• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
