Senior ERP Manager (Perm, 90K, in-house)

Our client is a HK-listed company and an industry leader with presence in GCR & SEA.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the ERP team and oversee the planning, implementation, and integration of D365 to support business processes and functions
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive ERP strategy that aligns with organisational goals
  • Manage the ERP project lifecycle from scope definition through implementation and support, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
  • Work closely with business stakeholders (e.g. HR, Finance, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to understand their needs and ensure the ERP system is configured to meet those needs effectively; translate business requirements into system configurations and customisations
  • Lead change management initiatives across the organisation; develop training programs and user documentation to assist in user transition and proficiency
  • Liaise with software vendors, consultants, and service providers to ensure effective collaboration and support; negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships
  • Oversee the technical aspects of the ERP system, including data migrations, system integrations, and updates; ensure system security, reliability, and scalability
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the ERP system; manage system upgrades and patches to ensure optimal performance and security

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in managing enteprise-level applications
  • Solid experience and knowledge of the D365 ERP system
  • Strong project management skills and experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of system and programming concepts, with a background in programming or system architecture design
  • Deep understanding of business processes and how to leverage ERP systems to enhance business efficiency and productivity
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of leading and motivating teams and working with stakeholders at all levels
  • Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin) is essential
