Digital Business Analyst – Insurance

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong digital project experience in insurance to help drive our digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with various business units to understand their needs, analyze customer journeys, propose solutions for change, and develop innovative digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different business units to gather requirements and understand business needs
• Analyze existing customer journeys and experiences, identifying areas for improvement
• Propose and develop digital solutions to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and identify opportunities for digital transformation
• Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Work closely with IT teams to translate business requirements into actionable technology projects
• Develop and maintain stakeholder management plans to ensure effective communication throughout the transformation process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital project roles, preferably in the insurance industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data
• Experience with customer journey mapping and transformation will be a plus
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese (written and spoken)
• Experience with agile methodologies and digital transformation frameworks
• Familiarity with insurance industry regulations and compliance requirements
