Agile Project Manager - CRM/ ERP / Digital- Enterprise

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our client project management team. The successful candidate will oversee program management at the release or scrum team level, able to deliver project on-time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and refine project management frameworks to ensure effective control and high-quality outcomes
• Proactively drive project delivery while balancing scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
• Managing onshore and offshore resource for delivery
• Assist in creating regular status reports and tracking project milestones
• Analyze project requirements and develop cost estimates, timelines, and resource allocation plans
• Coordinate and monitor multiple project phases simultaneously (e.g., testing, deployment, user acceptance)
• Manage financial aspects of projects, including budget tracking and reporting
• Identify potential risks and issues affecting costs, developing mitigation and remediation strategies
• Prepare and present stakeholder reports and escalate critical matters

Ideal Candidate Profile

We're looking for a motivated individual with:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience, experience in managing large scale project
• Agile practitioner with expertise as either a scrum master or release train engineer in large-scale projects
• Proficiency in financial analysis and budget planning techniques, able to work with business user for project planning and driving change
• Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese
• Strong interpersonal skills for presenting to stakeholders
• Will be considered as Assistant PM for candidates with less experience
