Tech Lead / Delivery Manager/ Senior SA - java

Act as Tech Lead / Delivery Manager to work with business closely to understand requirements and provide technical solution and insight.

Job Responsibilities:

• Direct a team of both local and offshore resources to ensure the successful delivery, integration, implementation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of projects.
• Work with business closely to understand requirements and provide technical solution and insight.
• Perform code review, debug, solution delivery and production deployment
• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of implementations, ensuring seamless integration with other relevant applications or systems.
• Drive continuous enhancements for existing systems and streamline the software development process to maintain software integrity.
• Coordinate with vendors to plan deliverable within defined scopes, resources, and timelines throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and report project progress and status to align delivery with the project plan and scope.
• Manage multiple vendors simultaneously, handling deliverable of varying scales and complexities.

Qualifications:

• A University College graduate in Computing/IT or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in IT project/solution delivery, with a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management life cycle.
• Experience with JAVA , cloud migration or API integration is a plus.
• Domain knowledge in financial service is a plus but not a must.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficient in vendor management with excellent influencing abilities.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage but not a must
