IT Project Manager/ Assistant PM - Banking Digital Channel

Seeking an IT Project Manager for a leading financial institution. Manage projects, coordinate resources, and ensure timely delivery. Ideal candidate has strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities.

Job duties:

• Act as Project Manager to lead and deliver digital channel initiatives and regulatory compliance
• Managed BAU initiatives and regulatory requirements, and defined plans for SDLC, technical evaluation, project/milestone timelines, and resource allocation.
• Aligned with Product Owner expectations through effective communication, project planning, and risk management, ensuring adherence to project plans.
• Controlled project costs internally and externally, facilitating procurement with IT vendors and engaging with stakeholders for optimized resource and budget usage.
• Organized Project Ceremonies to align requirements, define IT efforts, and track project progress, involving technology and business stakeholders.
• Monitored and coordinated projects with internal IT teams and external vendors across onshore and offshore locations

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology.
• At least 7 years of experience in technology project management, MP or PRINCE2 holder
• Solid experience in handling IT project, familiar with SDLC cycle, manage stakeholders in tech , business and product owner.
• Prior experience in Banking Digital Channel / Mobile Banking / Digital Banking will be a plus
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining remote relationships.
• Ability to start immediately or with short notice.
