Assistant Project Manager - digital - insurance

Seeking a dynamic Assistant Project Manager familiar with Agile practise, manage end to end regional project from project planning , budgeting, risk mitigation, and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibility:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, estimates, scope statements, and requirements document
  • Track project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders
  • Facilitate communication across multiple teams and departments globally
  • Manage resource allocation and budget tracking for projects
  • Create detailed timelines, milestones, and resource allocation plans
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively
  • Prepare project documentation and conduct status meetings
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Requirements:

  • 4+ years’ experience in Project Management , experience in budgeting and resource planning
  • Familiar with Agile and scrum
  • Proficiency with project management tools like MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese
  • Able to work with regional office and taking conference call
