IT Project Manager - Enterprise IT Project

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead enterprise IT projects and foster collaboration between business units and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full project lifecycle for portfolio of enterprise IT projects
  • Provide expertise as solution architect, ensure all application , infrastructure and integration are meeting company architecture standard
  • Ensure business requirements and scope are well defined by technical manager meeting business needs
  • Manage vendor relationships and handover to IS&T Operations
  • Partner with technical teams to identify and prioritize future initiatives
  • Design and lead team of project management, business analyst, and solution architect resources
  • Develop culture of continuous review and improvement
  • Prepare and present project details to executive leaders
  • Identify and implement PMO process improvements

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years experience in IT disciplines including project management, business analysis, vendor/stakeholder management, etc.
  • Strong project management experience with agile methodologies
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
  • Financial modeling and budgeting abilities
  • Fluent English communication, good in Cantonese/Mandarin
  • More experience will consider as Senior PM
