Business Analyst - wealth management ~40K

This role combines project management, business analysis, and platform support responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive multiple projects for our wealth management business
  • Be the go-to expert for our digital platform across various business segments
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure project goals are met
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and create documentation for platform changes
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects successfully
  • Provide training on platform enhancements
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for platform changes

Platform Support:

  • Advise departments on process improvements and system enhancements
  • Handle platform-related inquiries and implement requested changes
  • Provide professional guidance on platform modifications
  • Align business requirements across regions for platform changes
  • Prepare and deliver training materials for platform enhancements

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of business analysis/project management experience
  • 3-5+ years in banking/wealth management
