PMO / Assistant PM - Wealth Management / Banking

This role requires strong financial acumen, project management expertise, and ability to work across teams. Ideal candidates will have experience managing projects in banking/wealth management/ Financial service environments.

Responsibility:

  • Ensure project costs stay within budget, assist with budget planning and cost allocation
  • Identify and resolve financial discrepancies
  • Manage monthly project financial entries, coordinate financial reconciliations
  • Lead multiple deliverables for wealth management business, serve as Platform SME for digital project changes
  • Collaborate across regions to meet targets and requirements
  • Gather user and stakeholder requirements, manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years’ experience in project management especially in project cost management
  • Experince in banking/wealth management/ Financial service environments is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese
