Business Analyst/ QA - Credit Card/ Debit Card / Lending

Seeking an experienced Business Analyst/ QA to join the team, focusing on supporting business and technology team for new features roll out or system & process enhancement. Gather requirements and preparing user stories perform UAT testing.

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with business units & technology team to establish requirements, create, and examine user stories for system scoping.
  • Validate and approve Functional Requirement/Business Solution Specifications with product owners to ensure the solution aligns with user needs and expectations.
  • Direct UAT, establish comprehensive testing scenarios, inspect test cases, and oversee UAT progress with users and testers.
  • Organise and carry out the execution of changes and rollouts, ensuring a seamless transition from current to target states.
  • Actively detect and handle project risks and issues, efficiently managing risks, issues, and inter-dependencies, and escalating them when necessary.
  • Conduct market research on competitors, think of new features to enhance digital product

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years experience in business analyst role
  • Experience in credit card / debit card / unsecured lending
  • Familiar with Agile
  • Strong analytical skills for examining work flows and business processes.
  • Proficiency in building strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure, managing conflicting and evolving priorities effectively.
  • Short notice is a plus
