Senior Business Analyst/PM (HRMS, ERP F&O)

My client is looking for a business analyst/project manager for their ERP/HR/Ecommerce system enhancement projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management or technology enablement.
• Preferred certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• Experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst, particularly in gathering and documenting user requirements, is advantageous.
• Knowledge of IT procurement and change management is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills and a user-centric approach.
• Excellent project management, collaboration, vendor management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with users to understand their technology needs, gather business requirements, and drive solution delivery.
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure effective HR/ERP system delivery.
• Assess and prioritize project tasks based on criticality, dependencies, and available resources.
• Manage project risks in accordance with governance and controls.
• Support business-as-usual activities and facilitate issue resolution.
• Organize and lead project meetings, including steering sessions, status updates, and reviews, to foster effective collaboration among team members.
