PM / BA - insurance finance process change

This role oversee complex finance process transformations, manage multiple stakeholders, and ensure seamless integration of new systems and processes across our clients global operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Finance on cross-functional teams, defining solutions and identifying process impacts
  • Design and execute UAT procedures, update documentation, and train impacted finance teams
  • Lead significant new developments, leveraging project management, insurance product, and finance system expertise
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on systems/process changes affecting Finance
  • Ensure alignment of finance processes/system impacts with broader business objectives
  • Assist Senior Management with stakeholder management and supervise Assistant Managers
  • Maintain control of financial accounting and reporting process documentation
  • Optimize resource allocation for numerous business initiatives

Requirements

  • 10+ years' experience in insurance finance or related field
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, finance systems, and accounting principles
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated risk management and control-oriented mindset
  • Strong project management, resource planning, and change management skills
  • short notice is highly preferred
