Senior Business Analyst (POS, Oracle)

Responsibilities:

Contribute to the successful deployment of IT projects related to retail stores.
Serve as the regional expert in store systems applications and IT processes.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and compliance with support SLAs and IT processes.
Support automation, enhancement, and upgrade initiatives for store technology, including Point of Sale (Oracle/Micros), in-store inventory management, printers, payment gateway, traffic solutions, mobile solutions, omni-channel solutions, and CRM solutions.
Prepare and maintain system requirement, installation, and support documentation for handover to the support team.
Work in an agile approach.
Identify areas where additional user training is needed to reduce support incidents.
Foster regular communication and knowledge sharing within IT and business departments to drive continuous improvement of support and services.
Support the release management cycle and related testing.

Qualifications:

Minimum 8 years of IT experience, with expertise in process design and improvement.
Experience of POS solutions
Proficient in collaboration tools such as Microsoft O365, Jira, and Zoom.
Experience working with application teams to design and implement integrations with back-office systems.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
