My client is looking for an experienced change management professionals adept at driving successful organizational transformations

Requirement & responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to manage and facilitate organizational change within the manufacturing department, including ERP projects, product life cycle changes, and M&A integration
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify and analyze change requirements for various initiatives and develop comprehensive change management plans
  • Lead and guide cross-functional teams in the execution of change initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and minimizing disruption
  • Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies
  • Create and deliver effective communication plans to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to build change management capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with IT teams to address any technical challenges or requirements associated with change initiatives, particularly in ERP projects
  • Develop and deliver training programs and materials to enable employees to adapt to new processes, systems, or organizational structures
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, conducting post-implementation reviews and recommending adjustments as necessary
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and trends in change management to continuously improve processes and approaches
  • Collaborate with HR to align change management activities with talent management and development strategies
  • Engage with external partners, consultants, or vendors as needed to support change management efforts in specific projects or initiatives.
