Business Analyst - Process Re-engineering

We're seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our client. This role plays a pivotal part in enhancing our organization's efficiency and effectiveness through strategic analysis and innovative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with tech team to grasp the current business process and propose forward-thinking solutions for process enhancements.
• Critically evaluate existing workflows and recommend targeted improvements to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Develop clear, comprehensive process maps and business requirements documents aligned with organizational goals
• Analyze and document core business processes and workflows, transforming insights into actionable user stories
• Facilitate workshops with Subject Matter Experts to gather requirements and drive process improvements
• Facilitate productive meetings and convey findings effectively across various levels of the organization.
• Develop clear, comprehensive process maps and business requirements documents aligned with organizational goals
• Identify and document issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement within current processes

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analyst role, familiar with process mapping and process re-engineering
• Less experience will also be considered
• Agile mindset with qualities of adaptability and openness
• Proficiency in facilitating workshops and focus groups
• Exceptional attention to detail and robust organizational/time management skills
• Superb verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to interact effectively with diverse team members
• Proactive thinking with the ability to anticipate challenges and solutions
• Fluent in English and Chinese
