PMO Specialist - Digital content, PPT , Training Video

We're looking for a skilled PMO Specialist with expertise in creating digital content, PPT presentation design, and training video creation. This role will play a pivotal part in leading project management office (PMO), overseeing content management, and driving project efficiency across organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. PMO Content Leadership • Develop and maintain comprehensive PMO guidelines, portals, and templates • Ensure consistency in project management standards across all initiatives
   
   
2. Project Efficiency & Strategic Alignment • Drive project efficiency improvements aligned with organizational goals • Optimize resource utilization and enhance overall project execution qualit
   
   
3. Content Creation & Education • Produce high-quality presentations, UI/UX designs, and training videos • Create educational materials to promote adherence to governance and best practice
   
   
4. Stakeholder Collaboration • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success • Provide coaching and guidance on project management methodologies and tool
   
   
5. Continuous Improvement • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management • Implement innovative solutions to enhance project delivery and outcomes

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• PMP certification or equivalent (PRINCE2, AGILEPM)
• Strong experience in content and graphic design, PPT design, training video creation, and/or UI/UX
• Minimum 3 years' experience in project management roles
