Project Analyst / Officer - PMO office - Enterprise project

We're seeking an experienced Project Analyst to join our client’s dynamic team. This role involves supporting our IT Project Management and PMO operations and contributing to various aspects of project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with senior project managers and PMO to oversee core project processes
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of project workflows and procedures
• Ensure adherence to organizational standards in project execution
• Assist in creating regular status reports and tracking project milestones
• Analyze project requirements and develop cost estimates, timelines, and resource allocation plans
• Coordinate and monitor multiple project phases simultaneously (e.g., testing, deployment, user acceptance)
• Manage financial aspects of projects, including budget tracking and reporting
• Work alongside project leaders to produce accurate and informative status updates
• Compile and present information on risks, issues, deliverables, and schedule progress

Ideal Candidate Profile

We're looking for a motivated individual with:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a PMO environment
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
• Proficiency in financial analysis and budget planning techniques, able to work with business user for project planning and driving change
• Advanced skills in spreadsheet software (Excel) and presentation tools (PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively
• Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese
• Familiar with Agile and JIRA
• Strong interpersonal skills for building positive relationships within diverse teams
