My client is seeking an experienced ERP project Manager to oversee and manage ERP and application projects within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage group-level transformation projects utilizing ERP systems, collaborating with key partners to define business flows and functional specifications.
- Launch D365 F&O as a system replacement, ensuring quality support and training resources for business-as-usual (BAU) operations.
-Implement D365 F&O as a new system to automate processes and establish a foundation for automation.
-Provide supervision, leadership, and direction to ERP & application team.
-Collaborate and communicate closely with Group IT and business teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
-Regularly meet with project stakeholders to assess progress, make adjustments, and improve project success through proactive operational adjustments.
-Coordinate project activities and workflows across multiple departments to ensure on-time product delivery.
-Resolve conflicts among team members by actively listening to concerns and finding appropriate middle ground.
-Develop a target operating model from the ground up, laying out a framework and defining roles.
Present monthly metrics to upper management to improve decision-making.
-Oversee project spending, program-level deliverables, and timelines for D365 F&O system replacement across regional offices
Qualifications:
-D365 FO certificate is required.
-Significant experience in Apps development project management.
-Proven experience in managing ERP and application projects, preferably with D365 F&O.
-Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
-Ability to analyze metrics and present data to inform decision-making.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
