Project Manager (AI project experience is a must, 60k)

We are looking for an IT Project Manager who will manage the implementation of AI capabilities.

Job Description

• Develop, review and maintain project plan which defines relevant IT project team structure and resources, timeline and milestones, critical dependencies
• Track and update project plan and timeline for sharing with the project organization, management, stakeholders as well as other relevant staff.
• To manage the entire cycle of the technological solution design, development and deployment, including but not limit to analyze business requirements, determine functional requirements, review solution design, manage solution implementation plan and schedule, manage the cost and quality of works, prepare documentations.
• Ensure SOW delivery by vendors and review project deliverables to ensure quality.
• To effectively communicate project matters to all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
• Engage with project governance on project performance and change management matters.
• To mobilise the project team in Hong Kong and offshore, and to supervise the work and performance of all project team members.
• Lead & control the project related risk management process & ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Proven 7+ years of working experiences in project management
• PMP / PMI-ACP / Agile cert is preferred.
• Proficient in SDLC project management execution and business analysis experience.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and deliver projects in time, meanwhile within budget.
• Be self-motivated, initiative with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements by translating them into technical specifications.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experiences in vendor management, and management of outsourced development projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project.
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
