Development lead/Assist Lead/ System Analyst-Digital Product

A market leading client is looking for Development lead / Assistant lead / System Analyst to help develop digital product on cloud environment.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead a dynamic team of software engineers in developing, maintaining, and optimizing cloud-native applications to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Adapt swiftly to evolving business objectives and regulatory demands, driving innovation and efficiency within the team.
• Partner closely with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to decipher complex business needs and craft effective technological solutions.
• Offer mentorship and technical leadership, fostering a culture of excellence through code reviews, adherence to coding standards, and promotion of best practices.
• Be actively involved in all phases of the software lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Architect and manage scalable, robust cloud infrastructures using leading platforms like AWS and Azure, ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and methodologies, contributing insights towards achieving strategic business and technical outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development, with a proven track record in delivering cloud-native applications.
• Expertise in modern web technologies (e.g., React, Next.js) and server-side languages (Node.js, Java, Python), alongside proficiency in AWS/Azure cloud services.
• Deep understanding of APIs, microservices architecture, system integration, and object-oriented programming principles.
• Strong background in software engineering methodologies, including agile development and DevOps practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of bridging gaps between technical and non-technical stakeholders at various levels.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, thrive in pressurized environments, and deliver projects under tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
