My client is looking for a software developer/business analyst under solution team for ERP implementation project.

Responsibilites

  • Ensure business requirements are well documented and understood by the IT Teams and external vendor to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions
  • Ensure non-functional requirements are well documented and understood by the IT Teams and external vendors to provide reliable services
  • Ensure IT Security requirements are well documented and understood by the IT Teams and external vendor to protect company data
  • Solicit and analyse business requirements
  • Compile and review specifications for both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Manage business requirements throughout the project lifecyle
  • Facilitate and support business process change
  • Lead and manage the IT Teams and external vendors in IT Project delivery

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
  • Excellent vendor and people management
  • Experience in data analytics would be an advantage
  • Experience to lead project delivery in waterfall and agile models is preferred
  • Experience in working on SaaS and ERP projects is preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of stakeholders
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
