Business Analyst - process & change - Enterprise Retail

We're seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our client. This role plays a pivotal part in enhancing our organization's efficiency and effectiveness through strategic analysis and innovative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Capture: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to grasp the current business landscape and propose forward-thinking solutions for process enhancements.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product and service delivery, familair with retail buiness will be aplus
• Agile mindset with qualities of adaptability and openness
• Exceptional attention to detail and robust organizational/time management skills
• Extensive experience managing the full product lifecycle
• Superb verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to interact effectively with diverse team members
