Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team and take responsibility for government system projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for government system projects.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of existing government systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop detailed business requirements documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and use cases.
  • Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Identify gaps between current and desired system functionality and design solutions to bridge those gaps.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of government system projects.
  • Assist in the development and execution of test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of government systems.
  • Provide support during system implementation, including user acceptance testing, training, and post-implementation support.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in government systems and processes.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure that all requirements are properly documented and tracked.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in government system projects.
  • Strong understanding of government systems and processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong documentation skills, with the ability to create detailed business requirements documentation.
  • Experience working with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software.
