Project manager – e-com/ salesforce / digital (project base)

Seeking for regional IT project manager to join a E-commerce & CRM project, work with global parties to define project scope, resource planning, vendor management, refine technical requirement and monitor project progress.

Job duties:

• Prepare comprehensive project plan, encompassing timelines, milestones, and outputs.
• Oversee project assets, including team members, funds, and schedules.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, such as IT, Marketing, and Sales, to achieve project goals.
• Monitor project advancement and share periodic updates with stakeholders.
• Detect and address project hazards and complications.
• Ensure project outputs adhere to quality benchmarks and are delivered punctually and within budget.
• Engage in efficient communication with stakeholders across all organizational levels, and navigate a matrix structure to guarantee project success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on CRM / E-commerce/ IT application projects.
• Regional project experience is a plus
• Technical background is a plus, or system analyst with strong communication skills is welcome too.
• Strong knowledge of Agile project management methodology.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, good communicaiton skills in Japanese will be a plus!
