Digital Business Analyst - banking

Our client is now looking for Business Analyst to join their Digital team to support their transformation project

Responsibilities:

  • Participate and support digital projects and system enhancements delivery
  • Act as a business analyst to support pre and post implementation tasks including user training to touch-points, user stories preparation, testing, production launch, timely and smooth production problem investigation, post implementation review and escalation.
  • Work closely & collaboratively with business, operation, Technology units and system vendors to ensure projects are rolled out smoothly, ensuring the end-to-end process flow with full operations support.
  • Work closely with users, developers and vendors to deliver solutions
  • Responsible for documentation, regulatory and workflow analysis, etc.
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables
  • Conduct business analysis, prepare test plans, test cases, UAT, etc.



Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems, or IT related discipline
  • At least 2 years' work experience as a business analyst, especially in banking environment
  • Familiar with credit card/ digital bank/ payment/core bank/ lending/wealth management will be a plus
  • Proficient communication skills in both Chinese and English (including Mandarin)
  • Short notice is a plus
